01 — About

Who I am

I'm a Technical Lead with 8+ years of fullstack .NET experience — C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Azure — spent architecting systems that hold up under real transaction volume, not just demo traffic. My teams have shipped for Bajaj, Ford, KTM, Triumph, Tata Motors, Mahindra, and TAFE, across banking, healthcare, automotive, and retail.

Architecture is where I do my best thinking: Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven design, deployed as containerized microservices on Azure PaaS with CI/CD that actually reduces release risk instead of just automating it. I lead Agile teams of 3–7 developers, and I care as much about the engineers' growth as the system's.

The part I'd underline: I treat AI-assisted development — GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, GPT-4, Gemini — as a core skill, not a novelty. Prompt engineering and AI-augmented workflows are now part of how I mentor teams and speed up delivery, and it's the layer of my stack that keeps moving the fastest.

03 — Projects

Selected work

Five roles, four domains, one consistent thread: architecture that survives contact with production.

SRM & CRM Platforms — Texspin

Technical Lead, Amdhan Consulting · Jul 2025 – Present

The challenge — Texspin needed a Vendor Portal and Customer Portal built from scratch: lead management, sales orders, customer registration, and role-based access, with no existing platform to extend.

The stack — Azure Functions and APIM for a serverless, independently scalable API surface; Cosmos DB and Redis for low-latency reads under variable load; Docker and Kubernetes to keep environments consistent from dev to production.

The outcome — end-to-end delivery of both portals, with CI/CD pipelines that cut deployment effort and release risk, and coding standards now used as the team's baseline.

Dealer Management Systems

Associate Technical Lead, Excellon Software · Jan 2024 – Mar 2025

The challenge — deliver dealer management systems for Bajaj, Ford, KTM, and Triumph — four OEM clients, each needing microservices that could hold up under thousands of daily transactions.

The stack — .NET Core Web API microservices for isolated, independently deployable services per client need; Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration; Azure DevOps CI/CD for coordinated releases across product owners, architects, and QA.

The outcome — systems delivered across all four OEM clients; earned the 2025 Appreciation Award for the work, alongside establishing code review practices sped up by AI-assisted tooling.

Automotive Testing & Control Systems

Senior Software Engineer, Dynatec Controls · Dec 2022 – Dec 2023

The challenge — Tata Motors, Mahindra, and TAFE needed real-time testing and control systems for OEM production lines — mission-critical, with no tolerance for latency or downtime.

The stack — WPF and WinForms for the desktop control layer talking directly to hardware; PLC and CAN communication protocols for real-time signal integration; ECU flashing built into the same control application.

The outcome — mission-critical solutions delivered and running across three major OEM clients — the deepest hardware-integration work of my career so far.

WPF / WinForms CAN / PLC Real-time Systems

Banking & HRMS Applications

Software Developer, SLK / Coforge · Feb 2021 – May 2022

The challenge — mortgage servicing and payment review processes at a banking client were slow and manual, layered on top of HRMS and vendor management systems that needed SAP integration.

The stack — .NET-based application layer integrated directly with SAP for financial data consistency, with process automation targeted specifically at the servicing and review bottlenecks.

The outcome — cut mortgage servicing costs by 50% and accelerated payment reviews by 20x — the clearest before/after metric on my resume, and the work that earned Q3 Star Performer, 2022.
